January 11804 a day we cannot forget! In this wonderful morning,when Dessalines stood in the platform, there was a calm such when the feeling that we can have about a coming storm.
There was no social barrier. They all were closed each others, waited for that word from the General: WE are free and independent nation!
No matter what we are today, one time even for one day Haiti was one, rich and independent nation.
