RE: Haiti Constitution j voudrais opiner sur ce que dit notre constitution au sujet de la sécurité nationale.Nous sommes tous d'accord qu'il existe deux forces :l'armée et la police.Nous constatons une faillite, due aux différents problèmes politiques, de ces deux forces.Ce qui nous emmène à une situation économique difficile.je suggère en tant qu'citoyen concerné par la souffrance de mon pays que le gouvernement entame au plus vite un dialogue national à ce thème:RENFORCER LA SECURITE NATIONALE.1)comment? 2)pourquoi?
