Umm Creole and French are both official languages of Haiti that is why the passport is in both French and Creole.
There is no way that Haitians can outnumber Bahamians in the school system.
I think that is an exaggeration that is never proven.
Most of the Haitian kids that speak creole in the class room is because they feel that it is more acceptable now and it is kool to be Haitian.
However, what i have found is that although many of them speak English it does not sound like how the Bahamians speak.
Speaking creole make the Haitians feel different but secure in their own environment.
The samething happens with the latinos and fillipnos in school.
