I am the HR Director for a medium size company in S FL and the employees that are Haitian are loving, hard-working people.
I would love to find a way to understand their culture more.
The language barrier can be a challenge sometimes, but I would like to know more about daily life such as how the household is structured, how Haitians view other cultures, and what things are important in their lives.
I respect the people I work with and want to learn these things so I can create a great working environment.
